NT VocalSplit requests the following Android permissions only for features provided by the application:

READ_MEDIA_AUDIO

READ_MEDIA_VIDEO

Allows the app to browse and access video files that you choose for playback or music separation.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Allows the app to display playback notifications, media controls, and processing notifications when required.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE

Allows the application to continue media playback while running in the foreground.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK

Required by Android to support background audio playback using a foreground media playback service.

INTERNET

Used for:

  • AI music separation processing

  • Loading advertisements provided by Google AdMob

  • Accessing online resources such as this Privacy Policy

The app does not access your media files without your action.

3. Audio and Video Processing

NT VocalSplit allows you to select audio or video files from your device for features such as:

  • Vocal separation

  • Instrumental extraction

  • Bass separation

  • Drum separation

  • Other stem separation

  • Audio playback

  • Video playback

Files are processed only after you explicitly choose them.

Uploaded files are used solely to perform the requested processing and are never used for unrelated purposes.

4. Temporary Server Storage

Some AI-powered separation features require uploaded files to be securely transferred to remote processing servers.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are stored only for the time necessary to complete processing.

Temporary files are automatically deleted after processing, typically within 30 minutes.

We do not intentionally retain uploaded media longer than necessary to provide the requested service.

5. Local Storage

Processed files may be saved on your device if you choose to export or save them.

These files remain entirely under your control.

You may delete them at any time using:

  • NT VocalSplit

  • Your device's file manager

  • Android system settings

6. Data Collection

NT VocalSplit does not require user accounts.

We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Home address

  • Contacts

  • Messages

  • Photos unrelated to your selected media

The application only processes the files that you explicitly choose.
