NT RTSP Camera Tool (“the App”) is a mobile utility application developed by NTAPPQN.
The App provides the following features:

Quickly retrieve RTSP links from IP cameras supporting the ONVIF protocol on a local network

Reference RTSP link formats of common camera brands

Play (live stream) RTSP links

RTSP Server mode: use the device camera and microphone to create an RTSP stream
This application is not affiliated with or endorsed by ONVIF, Inc.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what the App accesses and how it is handled.
1. Permissions and Device Access
Internet & Network Access
The App uses the following network permissions:

INTERNET – Required to retrieve RTSP links, stream RTSP video, and load ads (if enabled).

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – Used to check network connectivity before performing network operations.

NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES (Android 13+) – Used to discover devices within the local network.

CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE – Required to receive multicast responses when scanning devices supporting the ONVIF protocol.
-
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE – Used to read current Wi-Fi connection information.
Network communication occurs directly between your device and selected devices on your local network.
The App does not transmit RTSP streams or network data to NTAPPQN servers.
Camera
The CAMERA permission is required only when using RTSP Server mode.
The device camera is used to:

Capture live video

Stream video through an RTSP link generated by the App
Camera data is processed locally and streamed only to destinations chosen by the user.
Microphone
The RECORD_AUDIO permission is required only when RTSP Server mode includes audio.
Audio is:

Captured locally
-
Streamed only to the selected RTSP destination

Not stored or transmitted to NTAPPQN
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
NT RTSP Camera Tool does NOT collect or store:

Video streams
-
Audio streams
-
RTSP link data
-
IP camera credentials
-
Personal identity information
-
Location data
-
Media files from your device
All streaming and network communication occurs directly between devices chosen by the user.
3. Data Storage
The App does not operate any cloud storage or remote media servers.
Any media created using RTSP Server mode remains on the user’s device or is transmitted only to user-selected endpoints.
NTAPPQN does not have access to user streams or media.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use:
Google AdMob
For advertising display.
Google Firebase
For crash reporting and performance monitoring.
These services may collect limited technical information such as:

Device model

App version
-
Crash logs
-
Advertising identifiers
They do NOT have access to:

Camera video
-
Microphone audio
-
RTSP streams
-
Camera credentials
Their data usage is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Open-Source Software
This App uses open-source components:

RTSP-Server – Licensed under Apache License 2.0

RootEncoder – Licensed under Apache License 2.0
These libraries are used for real-time encoding and RTSP streaming functionality.
6. User Control
Permissions are requested through Android’s system permission dialog when required.
Users can revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings.
The App does not access the camera or microphone without user interaction.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
